Infinium is a leading provider of agile energy solutions, founded in 2020. We offer ultra-low carbon synthetic eFuels, gas-to-liquid conversion solutions, and patented technology platforms. Our customers include industry leaders like Amazon, American Airlines, and IAG. This role involves offering functional, day-to-day assistance and monitoring of unit operating equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Strict adherence to and comprehensive understanding of the Company’s Safety Program.
- Actively advocating for and upholding an accident and incident-free work environment.
- Maintaining compliance with environmental requirements during shifts.
- Proficiently reading and interpreting flow sheets and P&ID’s.
- Achieving and sustaining various Unit Certifications within designated timeframes.
- Conducting visual and physical checks (Rounds) on unit machinery and equipment at least twice per shift.
- Conducting daily inspections of firefighting and other plant safety equipment.
- Collecting unit samples, such as gas, liquid product, tank samples, line samples, waste/effluent water, and special samples.
- Adhering to approved SOP’s for startup, shutdown, inventory, and de-inventory of plant equipment.
- Obtaining and maintaining certification as a Permit Writer for Safe Work, Hot Work, First Line Break, and Confined Space Entry.
- Troubleshooting equipment/process issues in the unit and conducting minor repairs as necessary.
- Accurately documenting and reporting equipment problems to the Supervisor for work order generation.
- Contributing to the planning and execution of Preventative Maintenance activities.
- Assisting the Maintenance Team during unit equipment repairs as required.
- Ensuring daily housekeeping standards are met within the Unit.
- Following instructions from Senior Operators and Supervision and executing them effectively.
- Collaborating closely with other Unit Technicians/Disciplines to meet daily objectives.
- Being available for overtime work as necessary based on staffing needs and workload.
