About the role

We are looking for an Operator to join our Operations team in Conesville, OH. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Moving materials in a safe and orderly way using equipment
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• 1 year of experience with operator certifications
• Understanding of safety and general constructability knowledge
• Able to work side by side with the team when necessary and demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks
• Maintain professionalism
• OSHA 10 training at minimum (OSHA 30 preferred)
• Forklift (all kinds) and fall protection trained
• Mobile elevated work platform trained (boom and scissor)
• Experience with operating a skid steer and water truck is a plus
• Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, and able to:
  • Stand or walk for long periods of time
  • Use fingers, hands, and arms to reach, handle, and manipulate objects
  • Climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects
  • Work on uneven surfaces and heights
  • Read and write
  • See and hear well either naturally or with correction
• Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time
• Must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment
• Must be able to work outside
• Must be able to work overtime and weekend hours
• Punctuality and promptness are required every day
• Employment is contingent upon passing a mandatory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening
