Operator

About the role

This position is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in precision manufacturing. We provide paid hands-on training in a clean, modern, air-conditioned facility with more than 30 CNC machines (primarily Haas and Fanuc).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts and raw materials into CNC machines
• Operate CNC machines under supervision
• Follow job travelers and work instructions
• Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers and gauges
• Debur, clean, and mark finished parts
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow instructions and measurements

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to understand written and verbal English
