Operator, Aseptic Relief (A-Shift Tetra )

Lassonde Pappas & Co. is seeking a Production Floater to join our team in Hendersonville, North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Filler Operator:
  • Maintain product quality and safety
  • Perform product and package changeovers
  • Ensure minimal material and product loss
  • Conduct product quality checks
  • Complete packaging changeovers on filler, rinser, and depal
  • Taste test products as needed
• Label Operator:
  • Set up and operate label machines
  • Document all required quality checks and label changes
  • Perform changeovers of labeling equipment
  • Set up and change cap coding equipment
• Case Packer Operator:
  • Operate case packing, case forming, and case sealing machines
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings
  • Perform label cuts and clear jams
  • Monitor case flow and bottle quality
  • Replace bottles as necessary
  • Change codes in the Marsh coder
  • Remove and replace grid

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED Equivalent or equivalent work experience
• Six months experience in a manufacturing environment operating production equipment
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detailed oriented and can multi-task
• Excellent time management skills
• Training of the use of Power Industrial Trucks (PIT)
• Forklift experience
• Experience in the food/beverage industry
• Consultative, influential, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Qualifications
