Aseptic Filling Operator I, WE Day Shift
Overview
The Aseptic Filling Operator I is responsible for controlling the filling line including parameter setup, purging, and running production according to Standard Operating Procedures, Aseptic Technique, Bill of Materials, and Batch Records. Operates the Aseptic Filling Process and equipment to aseptically fill solution product into sterilized bottles. Monitors and inspects product during the filling process and reacts to issues by making machine and process adjustments, documenting issues, and informing the appropriate personnel of mechanical, electrical, and quality issues. Maintains the APA in orderly and aseptic condition by removing culls, documenting inspection of the work area, and performing disinfection activities as directed or required. Supports all functions of the APA as needed.
Key Activities/Responsibilities
- Set up lines for start of production and selects correct components for use.
- Operates equipment to aseptically fill product containers and continually monitors the process.
- Performs routine process and product inspections.
- Completes all process documentation and communicates to appropriate personnel.
- Manages Components to Support Production.
- Maintains area in orderly and sterile state by removing culls, documenting inspection of the work area, and performing disinfection activities as directed.
- Supports all functions of the APA as needed.
Hours
HOURS: Weekend Day Shift: W/E day shift 7a-7p Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 12 hr shifts

Education and Experience
- Education: High School Diploma/ GED preferred.
- Previous aseptic/clean room experience preferred.
- Experience: 2 years Manufacturing experience or advanced education degree (2 or 4 year). Aseptic manufacturing experience preferred.

Salary
$22.50 per hour plus $2.25 per hour shift differential
