Operator, Aseptic Filler (D-Shift 6:00pm-6:30am)

Responsibilities

• Moves juice from the run tank to the filler and keeps accurate data on temperature control charts.
• Maintains product quality and safety by ensuring Critical Control Points are met and performing CIP/Kosher/Organic washes.
• Operates the filler efficiently to optimize production-line run time, monitors bottle flow, clears jams, and alerts maintenance.
• Maintains equipment through Autonomous Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and proper operations, performs minor adjustments, and sets up machines for daily production.
• Trains and supports others, troubleshoots machinery, and resolves food safety and quality issues.
• Taste tests product as needed, up to a couple of ounces per test.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment operating production equipment.
• Analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detailed oriented and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent time management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in the food/beverage industry.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment.
• Consultative, influential, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Pay

• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000, payable during the pay period following successful completion of 90 days of continuous employment.
• Two additional $500 bonuses paid at 6 months and 1 year of employment, contingent upon active employment and good standing.
• Eligible for yearly performance-based pay increases.

Schedule

• Based out of Hendersonville, North Carolina.
• Reports to the Production Supervisor on their designated shift.
