(remove) We need to keep substantive info: responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule. We need to decide sections. Potential sections: - About the role: description of position, reporting, support for day-to-day operations, maybe mention Operator 4/5 levels. - Responsibilities: list duties (operates and monitors critical safety systems, performs technical tasks, provides direct support, checks and inspects, follows process sheets, observes equipment, sets up diagnostic tests, reports errors, may work with multiple systems, for Operator 5 also facility lead, make technical decisions, etc.) - Requirements: minimum job requirements (verbatim procedure compliance, hazard identification, configuration management, knowledge of instrumentation, troubleshooting, reading drawings, communication). Also additional requirements for Operator 5 (expert hazard identification, lock-out/tag-out). Also training/certifications (Equipment Operator qualification, Glovebox Level 1 operator, eligibility for additional pay programs). Also DOE Order 426.2 requires High School Diploma. - Qualifications: education/experience requirements for Operator 4 and Operator 5, desired qualifications (LCO, ISM/ISSM, Conduct of Operations). Also maybe mention clearance? Could be part of qualifications but maybe better as separate? However clearance is a requirement; but it's also legal/boilerplate? It's substantive. Could include under Requirements or Qualifications. Since we have sections for Requirements and Qualifications, we can put education/experience under Qualifications, and maybe clearance under Requirements? But we need to avoid duplication. - Skills: maybe list specific skills: interpersonal, written, verbal communication, ability to read drawings, troubleshooting, etc. Could be part of Requirements. - Benefits: list benefits package (PPO or High Deductible medical insurance, dental and vision, free basic life and disability, paid childbirth and parental leave, award-winning 401(k) (6% matching plus 3.5% annually), learning opportunities and tuition assistance, flexible schedules and time off (PTO and holidays), onsite gyms and wellness programs, extensive relocation packages (outside a 50 mile radius)). - Pay: include salary ranges for Operator 4 and Operator 5. - Schedule: mention 24/7 coverage, shift/weekend schedule, shift differential pay. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include metadata like Job ID. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. We'll have:
