About the role

Expro supplies personnel and equipment for oil and gas drilling, production, pipeline, and plant applications. The purpose of this position is a junior role to support the Expro Midstream product line directly in the field, located in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Carry out operations with team members ensuring safe completion of the operational task with prevention of technical issues in line with the Operating manual.
• Responsible for Safe and proper use of hand tools.
• Assist in loading and unloading of equipment being shipped and arriving on site for the job or job type to be undertaken.
• Rig up and Rig Down of Site Equipment as instructed.
• Learn to gather and record data and operate equipment by Operator and Supervisor.
• Learn proper maintenance, repair and service of equipment including Flares, Generators, Pumps, Vessels, Trucks, etc.
• Communicate with clients representatives when required in a professional manner ensuring quality of service to client.
• Liaise with Supervisor, team members, and operations department to ensure all aspects of the operations are discussed with the relevant parties and maintain effective communication to achieve safe operations and successful task completion.
• Ensure completion of required documentation for company procedures, processes and specific client’s requirements.
• Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes and systems.
• Comply with all policies including but not limited to the Code of Conduct, Anti-Briberty as well as, Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and processes.

Requirements

• Field Services experience preferred.
• Hold a Class A CDL preferred.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Driving skills which reflect safety and skill in off road or remote conditions.
• On-call 24/7/365 when not on approved days off.
• Good computer skills and literacy.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of General Oilfield or pipeline/plant experience preferred.
• Satisfactory results of all required employment screenings.

Physical Qualifications

Regularly stand, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, and smell. Requires occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and exertion of force up to 50 lbs. Ability to see objects close, afar, and use peripheral vision is required. Ability to hear and take verbal direction over loud ambient noises is imperative for the safe execution of job duties.

Work Environment

Works outdoors in a 24/7 on-call environment: regularly subject to cold, hot, wet or humid conditions resulting from weather or other various conditions. Regularly work near fumes / air borne particles.
