About The Role

We are seeking an Operator 2, Bakery – Rheon to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. In this role, you will operate and monitor the Rheon forming and cutting line to ensure products meet specifications while maintaining production efficiency, food safety, and quality standards.

Schedule

Shift: 1st
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Weekend Availability: Required

Pay

Hourly Rate: $21.00 – $22.25

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor the Rheon forming and cutting line to meet product specifications and production targets.
  • Control process parameters and dough flow to ensure consistent product quality and line efficiency.
  • Monitor product weights, quality attributes, and tray counts to ensure specification compliance.
  • Support equipment reliability by identifying, troubleshooting, and reporting performance issues.
  • Maintain accurate production, quality, and weight documentation in SAP and required logs.
  • Coordinate with upstream and downstream operations to support continuous production flow.
  • Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety, personal hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in food manufacturing or industrial production.
  • Ability to follow SOPs, equipment manuals, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
  • Ability to perform quality checks and accurately document production data.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating Rheon or similar forming and cutting equipment.
  • Experience in bakery or food manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP or manufacturing data systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
