About The Role We are seeking a Operator 2, Mixer to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a Mixer, you will be accountable for preparing and mixing dough batches according to established recipes while maintaining product quality, food safety, and production efficiency to support continuous bakery operations. Shift & Schedule Shift: 2ndHours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PMWeekend Availability: Required Compensation Hourly Rate: $21.00 – $22.25 Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing) Prepare and mix dough batches according to recipes, specifications, and production schedulesMonitor and control mixing times, temperatures, and ingredient sequencing to ensure quality standards are metSupport production flow by ensuring timely dough availability aligned with line capacityVerify ingredient accuracy, lot numbers, weights, and proper handling proceduresAccurately document batch records and enter production data into SAP systemsMaintain clean, organized, and sanitized mixing, ingredient, and storage areasEnsure compliance with GMPs, food safety, personal hygiene, and workplace safety requirements Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring To The Table) High School Diploma or GEDAbility to lift and handle 50 lb. flour bags as requiredAbility to accurately follow recipes, pick lists, and standard operating proceduresAbility to complete production and quality documentation accurately and on timeStrong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and qualityAbility to work safely in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients For Success) Experience in food manufacturing or bakery mixing operationsFamiliarity with SAP or similar production systemsStrong problem‑solving and analytical skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a production team Aspire Bakeries LLC values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization.
