Operator 2, Bakery-Production - 2nd Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team at our Chaska, MN bakery.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust automated production and packaging equipment to meet food specifications
• Maintain equipment settings and ensure materials and supplies are available when needed
• Monitor equipment performance, identify issues, and make minor adjustments or escalate as required
• Support preventative maintenance, hygiene, and sanitation of production equipment
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all safety requirements
• Assist with standardizing procedures to improve line efficiency and product quality
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, and loud production environments
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow operating procedures
• Commitment to safety, quality, and GMP compliance

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience
• Food manufacturing experience
• Experience operating automated production or packaging equipment

Pay

• $21.00 – $22.00 hourly rate

Schedule

• Shift: 2nd
• Hours: 3PM – 11:00 PM
• Weekend Availability: Required
