Operations Worker - Transloading

About the role

The Transloading Operations Worker performs daily duties while upholding company standards for safety, product quality, and production efficiency within Biofuels Transloading operations. This hands-on, physical role includes minor maintenance tasks, equipment operation, data recording, and general housekeeping in a dynamic industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily assigned duties while maintaining company standards for safety, product quality, and production efficiency.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on tools and equipment (greasing, oil changes, fluid-level checks).
• Safely operate and maintain equipment including control room systems, transloaders, conveyor systems, rail operations equipment, UTVs, mobile equipment, and hand tools.
• Operate various types of mobile equipment within the Transloading process.
• Maintain general housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Accurately record operational data and support overall workflow.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to climb, stoop, and kneel at heights up to 180 feet.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including exposure to dust, fumes, moderate noise, and uneven surfaces.
