Operations Worker - Transloading

About the role

The Transloading Operations Worker performs daily assigned duties while upholding company standards for safety, product quality, and production efficiency within Biofuels Transloading operations. This role includes executing minor maintenance tasks—routine preventive maintenance on tools and equipment (greasing, oil changes, checking fluid levels for coolant, fuel, and engine oil)—and maintaining general housekeeping and cleaning duties. The individual will safely operate and maintain equipment such as control-room systems, transloaders, conveyor systems, rail operations equipment, structural components, UTVs, mobile equipment, and hand tools. The position also involves operating equipment within the Transloading process, accurately recording data, and supporting overall operational workflow. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, performing hands-on, physical work, and contributing to a team in a dynamic industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily duties/tasks assigned, maintaining company standards of safety, product quality, and production.
• Perform a wide variety of maintenance tasks, including routine preventive maintenance on tools and equipment and housekeeping duties.
• Safely operate and maintain all equipment necessary to complete assigned tasks: control-room operations, transloaders, conveyor systems, structures, UTVs, mobile equipment, and hand tools.
• Operate various types of mobile equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years’ relevant experience required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to climb, stoop, and kneel at heights up to 180 feet.
• Works indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures; working conditions may include dust, fumes, moderate noise, and uneven surfaces.
