About the role

Coaching Services International (CSI) develops world-class coaches and equips leaders with skills to unlock growth, strengthen accountability, and produce measurable results. The Operations Training Specialist will be an integral part of the CSI team, supporting the execution of training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute online and instructor-led training programs across multiple cohorts and phases
  • Manage LMS (Absorb) – enrollments, completions, reporting, evaluations, video workflows
  • Track participant progress, certifications, and milestones
  • Manage training calendars, cohort schedules, and cross-functional communications
  • Partner with presenters and stakeholders for session readiness and materials accuracy
  • Create and maintain learner-facing materials (PowerPoint, Canva, scorecards, digital badges, documentation)
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for clarity and repeatability
  • Pull, analyze, and summarize LMS and program data for operational decisions
  • Explore and implement AI/automation tools to improve workflows, grading, feedback, content creation

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years experience in training administration, operations, program coordination, or similar role
  • Hands-on LMS experience (Absorb preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana preferred)
  • Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, and timelines
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in training, business operations, education, or related field
