Operations Training Manager
About the role
We are seeking a Training Manager to oversee training programs that support multiple operational business areas. This role is responsible for developing training strategies, managing learning programs and materials, coaching and supporting trainers, and partnering with leaders to identify training needs and improve employee readiness and performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically five or more years of relevant experience
Skills
- Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s)
- Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of applicable products, programs, financial analysis and related documentation as applicable
- Good organizational, managerial, and project management skills
- Well-developed customer relations skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent supervisory and management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong Microsoft Office skills

Pay
The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00.
