Responsibilities
- Keep equipment running safely and smoothly by performing hands-on tasks, from reading drawings to inspecting gear and supporting pipeline operations
- Collaborate with teammates to analyze data and find solutions to technical or operational challenges
- Support construction projects and troubleshoot equipment
- Analyze data to solve technical challenges and ensure top equipment performance
- Maintain accurate records and assist with preventive maintenance
- Manage and coordinate complex assignments, using experience, innovation, and judgment
- Manage and coordinate a diverse range of complex assignments requiring the use of experience, innovation, and judgment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and travel between locations
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Required: High School Diploma or GED, Valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record, Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, Commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Preferred: 6+ months of operations experience, or internship with Associate degree, 2+ years of operations experience, preferably in oil & gas, 3+ years of operations experience, preferably in oil & gas, 6+ years of operations experience with similar equipment or facilities; Associate degree preferred
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications
- Ability to embrace new technologies and drive operational efficiency

Pay

Schedule
Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call duty. Expect 10–12 hour shifts with potential overtime.
Work Environment
Work in a variety of conditions, including extreme temperatures, loud areas, and confined spaces. Lift up to 50 lbs (team lift for heavier loads). Perform physical tasks like standing, walking, climbing, bending, and squatting for extended periods. Use hand tools regularly. Manage and coordinate complex assignments, using experience, innovation, and judgment.

Provides technical or operational guidance to the team on highly complex problems. Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.
