Operations Technician (Mechanical)

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment running safely and smoothly by performing hands-on tasks, such as reading drawings and inspecting gear
• Support construction initiatives and diagnose/repair equipment
• Solve technical and operational challenges with mechanical insight
• Collaborate with teammates to analyze data and find solutions
• Complete reports and logs, assist with preventive maintenance, and maintain accurate records
• Manage and coordinate complex assignments requiring experience, innovation, and judgment
• Manage and coordinate a diverse range of complex assignments requiring the use of experience, innovation, and judgment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Ability to work in extreme conditions and elevated areas with PPES
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Technician I: 6+ months of mechanical or technical experience, or internship with Associate degree
• Technician II: 2+ years of related experience, preferably in oil & gas
• Technician III: 3+ years of technician experience, preferably in oil & gas
• Technician Sr: 6+ years of experience with similar equipment or facilities; Associate degree preferred

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications
• Ability to embrace new technologies and drive operational efficiency
