The role involves managing equipment maintenance, responding to emergency calls, and ensuring facility safety.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all facility equipment and systems
- Respond to emergency calls and provide immediate assistance
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Document incidents and maintenance activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience in a similar role
- First aid certification
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge
- First aid and CPR certification
- Good physical fitness for manual labor
