Responsibilities
- Executing processes and operating all equipment to maintain a dynamic and continuous process flow
- Maintaining tank levels, monitoring product temperatures and pressures, and making appropriate adjustments
- Troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance on equipment and instrumentation
- Unloading raw materials, loading finished products, and controlling inventory
- Communicating effectively with peers and management to foster a teamwork-focused environment
- Operating mobile equipment such as forklifts, mobile lifts, and railcar movers
- Moving, dumping, and unloading ingredients in railcars and trucks
- Using standard maintenance tools and understanding safety policies and procedures
- Interfacing with customers and carriers regarding product delivery
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions with PPE including a respirator
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting
- Understanding and communicating in English (verbal/written)
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts
- Basic computer skills
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience operating mobile equipment such as forklifts, loaders, etc.
- High school diploma/GED or at least two years of equivalent work experience
- Experience with SAP or CMMS
- Experience in production labs, sample analysis, and data collection
- Prior production-related work experience
- Basic troubleshooting skills for mechanical components and systems

Qualifications
