You will be responsible for creating and maintaining processes, ensuring accountability among team members, and coordinating multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of our audience, current, and future product goals & vision
• Continue to grow by reading constantly, researching, and asking questions
• Be the master of your craft
• Manage and optimize the process
• Work closely with Hurricane Ashley to continually streamline each and every process
• Be accountable while holding your team accountable
• Superior communication
• Triage effectively and track over a dozen different processes for multiple departments at once
• Work as a part of the team
