Operations Team Member

What You'll Do

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.

Working Environment

• On-site role within a Gateway Care Center
• Active position involving standing, walking and lifting throughout the shift
• Work around production equipment, heat and noise
• Handle deceased pets with dignity and respect
• Should be able to lift up to 100 pounds
• Use required PPE and follow established safety procedures
