Operations Team Member

About the role

Located at Pet Angel in Jackson, MS, Gateway Services seeks an Operational Team Member to provide compassionate pet aftercare services. No previous industry experience is required; we'll provide all the training you need to succeed. You'll help ensure every pet entrusted to our care is treated with dignity, respect, and attention to detail, working alongside a supportive team to make a meaningful difference for veterinary partners and pet families. This is an on‑site role at a Gateway Care Center involving standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.

Pay

$17.00–$20.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule

Full‑Time Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm
