Operations Team Member

About the role

Do meaningful work every day at Gateway Services, helping families through one of life’s most difficult moments by providing compassionate pet aftercare services. As a Crematory Operator, you’ll ensure every pet entrusted to our care is treated with dignity, respect, and attention to detail while working alongside a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.

Working environment

On-site role within a Gateway Care Center. Active position involving standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.

Pay

$22–$25 per hour (DOE)

Schedule

Full-time; Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm
