Operations Team Member

Location: Kailua, HI

Compensation: $21 per hour

About the role

At Gateway Services, we help families through one of life's most difficult moments by providing compassionate pet aftercare services. As an Operational Team Member, you'll help ensure every pet entrusted to our care is treated with dignity, respect, and attention to detail. Working alongside a supportive team, you'll make a meaningful difference for veterinary partners and pet families every day.

No previous industry experience is required; we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with pick-ups/deliveries using a company vehicle.

Working Environment

• On-site role within a Gateway Care Center.
• Active position involving standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.

Schedule

Full-Time; Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm (rotating Saturdays)
