Operations Team Lead (2nd Shift)

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an Operations Team Lead to support the 2nd shift Order Pulling team in Roseburg, OR. The Operations team ensures distribution centers and warehouse facilities operate at maximum efficiency, emphasizing safety, process improvement, and customer‑centric service.

Pay

$24.00 and up DOE + $2 shift differential.

Schedule

Sunday – Thursday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (overtime if needed).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience with PC‑based applications.
• 1 year work experience in a warehouse operations environment.
• 6 months experience performing physical tasks such as walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, and typing.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop hourly associates.
• Act as the department contact for all production systems issues and questions.
• Provide direction and leadership to associates.
• Identify, communicate, and ensure all quality and productivity standards are met within the department.
• Research issues, problems, or concerns and recommend solutions.
• Meet customer requests, deadlines, commitments, and quality standards in a timely manner.
• Plan and coordinate work activities, overseeing hourly associates to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments on workflow activities.
• Assist in administering policy and payroll activities.
• Additional duties as needed.
