Operations Systems Technician

Job Duties
- Manage user access across core systems and business applications, including onboarding, role changes, and terminations
- Maintain security permissions and access controls to support regulatory compliance and data protection
- Support the operation and maintenance of member-facing technologies, including ATMs, ITMs, and coin machines
- Cook up equipment deployments, upgrades, replacements, and inventory tracking
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues while providing Service Desk support as needed
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
- Experience in information technology, systems support, technical support, or a related field is preferred; entry-level candidates with relevant education or technical aptitude are encouraged to apply
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating systems, with the ability to learn new technologies and business systems quickly
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide professional support to employees, vendors, and internal business partners
