OPERATIONS SUPPORT TECHNICIAN POOL
Position Information
The Operations Support Technician will manage FreshService call tickets, receive and deploy purchase orders, maintain the IT area in the warehouse, assist with scrapping technology equipment, and ensure IT stock is well-maintained. Strong organizational skills and collaborative abilities are essential.
Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent, 1 year related experience. Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Written and verbal communications, clean and orderly work spaces, computer hardware and software utilities, prioritizing tasks, excellent customer service. Preferred Qualifications: IT support tools proficiency, inventory management systems familiarity, purchase order and inventory processes experience.

Job Duties
- Receive, prioritize, and resolve IT support requests logged in the FreshService ticketing system.
- Assist in receiving and processing purchase orders for IT equipment and supplies.
- Ensure accurate tracking and organization of IT stock, including hardware and software assets.
- Help with the decommissioning and proper disposal of outdated or non-functional technology equipment.
- Provide assistance to IT staff with inventory requests and other operational needs.
- Keep the IT area in the warehouse organized and tidy to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
