Operations Support Technician

Scope of Responsibilities

• Centrally prepares Stars, TIPs and CMRs for patients assigned to stores in the MTM platform software
• Completes technician-driven targeted interventions in Outcomes
• Reconciles the allergy and medication list from the MTM software with the prescription history
• Transcribes TIPs or alerts from the MTM software to the CMR Worksheet
• Sends the CMR Worksheet to the Manager of Pharmacy Services for approval
• Communicates with pharmacy staff to ensure completion of prepared cases
• Supports off-site flu clinics
• Acts as a liaison between the store and the clinic
• Coordination of execution of the work with store teams and Regional Pharmacy Managers
• Coordination of marketing materials for each clinic
• Tracks scheduled and completed clinics using the Flu Clinic Tracker
• Supports appropriate billing of vaccinations
• Helps maintain patient records
• Aids pharmacists in obtaining access to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
• Supports store-level compliance with vaccination regulations
• Tracks CPR and Hepatitis B vaccination status
• Coordinates communication to the store teams
• Sends daily emails
• Maintains resources in task creation
• Prepares payroll for the Regional Healthcare Manager to approve and resolve payroll issues when necessary
• Maintains pharmacist and technician licenses
• Participates in additional pharmacy service-related projects as assigned
• Keeps confidentially regarding all patients
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training

Experience Qualifications

• Preferred: Previous experience in pharmacy operations

Educational Requirements

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED

Special Conditions of Employment

• Drug test
• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
• Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation

$20.00-25.00 an hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
