Operations Support Specialist

About the role

In this exciting role, you’ll support seamless day-to-day operations by serving as a central point of coordination for service requests and issue resolution. You’ll work across teams and partners to keep systems, services, and communications running efficiently while delivering a reliable, professional support experience. The role focuses on completing specific tasks and projects as an individual contributor, performing specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries and service requests.
• Manage and track work order tickets through CMMS for building systems and services.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
• Review vendor activity and product documentation to ensure compliance with standards.
• Analyze recurring issues and support process improvements to enhance operations.
• Maintain accurate records, updates, and communications across multiple systems.
• Deliver consistent, professional customer support while handling a high volume of requests.

Requirements

• Experience supporting operational workflows or service coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• A clear, professional communication style used to guide customers, teams, and vendors.
• Organized approach to managing multiple requests, priorities, and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with electronic systems, ticketing platforms, or CMMS tools.
• Collaborative mindset focused on problem resolution and service excellence.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience.

Pay

$32.41 per hour - $41.94 per hour
