Operations Support Specialist
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and route inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring documents are accurate and up to date.
- Provide early-morning scheduling support to fill last-minute assignments.
- Aid in onboarding tasks such as preparing new-hire packets, collecting paperwork, and scheduling orientation sessions.
- Help plan and coordinate internal events, trainings, and team meetings.
- Aid in scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates for recruiting purposes.

- Strong organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Must interact well with others
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
