Job Type Full-time Description Summary: This position will be responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to the production schedule. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Strong written and oral communication skillsEnter scrap to job tickets and become fluent in MRP software timely:Create supporting work documentsMonitor and manually close jobs when completeComplete rework job to replace scrapped parts if necessaryPrint/ sort/ batch/distribute job travelersMinor inventory adjustments: request change of part locations, and primary binsManage add sheet and returnsFollows all company safety rules as laid out in the company safety manual and all other company policiesAssist in managing DMR/ NC itemsCoordinate with purchasing when supplies are neededContinually strive to improve in all aspects of job requirementsAct as a positive role model for all co-workersPromote a productive and non-disruptive work ethic within the companyPerform other duties as assigned Person-Profile Template Strong written and oral communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsKeen attention to detailAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentAble to follow orders of supervisorRead blueprints and other documentsComputer Skills including Microsoft Office products, Epicor, FileMakerMRP Experience/ability to learn MPR System Additional Requirements Company sponsored continuing education may be required.
