Operations Support Manager

About the role

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for driving operational consistency and enhancing service delivery across a defined area or division. You’ll help develop tools, implement standards, and provide hands-on support that empowers frontline teams and elevates the customer experience. The role focuses on completing specific tasks and projects as an individual contributor, performing specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, but you may collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Operational expertise with a deep understanding of divisional or regional service models and standards.
• Proven skills to streamline communication and processes across multiple teams and functions.
• Experience supporting service redesign or process improvement initiatives in a complex operational environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a track record of building partnerships and influencing outcomes at multiple organizational levels.
• Solutions-driven approach with a passion for continuous improvement and frontline empowerment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of management experience.
• 3 years of related experience.

Pay

$89,250 – $115,500 per year.
