We are seeking a dynamic Operations Support Manager to lead hotel operations with a focus on team development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure operational excellence
- Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and excellent communication
- Drive financial performance by optimizing resource allocation and cost management
- Support hotels with 24-hour availability, living on the property during the assignment, and 90% travel
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and guests
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hotel operations
- Experience with hotel financial management and budgeting
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and front desk services
