We are seeking a dynamic Operations Support Manager to lead hotel operations with a focus on team development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.
- Manage financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Proactively address issues and improve processes to enhance guest experiences.
- Support hotels with strategic initiatives and compliance requirements.
- Ensure safety and security protocols are consistently implemented and maintained.
- Travel frequently to support various hotel locations within our portfolio.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel management or related field.
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
