What We Are Looking For
- Assist with Bills of Material (BOM) and routing creation activities to support SAP implementation and operational improvement initiatives.
- Support data collection, validation, and migration efforts as the organization transitions from its legacy ERP system to SAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
- Help gather, document, and maintain manufacturing data, process information, and operational requirements.
- Absorb and analyze production data to establish accurate standard labor hours and routing information.
- Support the review and analysis of manufacturing processes to identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to the resolution of BOM, routing, and master data issues.
- Aid in project tracking, documentation, reporting, and SAP implementation activities.
- Support the creation of process documentation, work instructions, training materials, and project updates.
- Support additional operations, process improvement, and SAP-related projects as assigned.

What Will Give You an Edge?
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Interest in manufacturing operations, ERP systems, process improvement, or supply chain management.
- Experience with data analysis, process mapping, project management, or continuous improvement initiatives through coursework, internships, or extracurricular activities.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments, Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, or ERP systems.
- Experience using data visualization, project management, or collaboration tools is a plus.
What We Offer
- Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19 – $27/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
