Operations Support Director

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Operations Support Director to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This leader will shape the operational measurement framework that supports strategic decision-making across a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment. The role will partner closely with corporate and site leadership to establish meaningful performance targets, strengthen benchmarking, and drive continuous improvement. It is an opportunity to translate operational data into executive-level insights that improve business performance and support broader growth initiatives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Define the measurement strategy to align with operational needs and strategic initiatives
• Establish performance targets to support continuous improvement and benchmarking
• Manage measurement gathering and reporting processes
• Organize performance reviews with the executive team
• Develop operational solutions to support business development strategies
• Act as a liaison between corporate and operational sites to communicate initiatives
• Conduct analyses to support senior management decision-making

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in operations management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and their operational impact
• Extensive experience with World Class Manufacturing and Lean implementation
• Strong ability to evaluate and prioritize diverse tasks efficiently

Pay

Compensation: $180,000 – $230,000 annually
