Operations Support (Casual)
About the role
NPC is building a casual workforce to support our WellPact operation and other business needs. We're seeking dependable individuals who are interested in work opportunities that align with both their availability and our workload demands. As an Operations Support team member, you'll assist with medical kit assembly and other operational activities as business needs arise. Team members are responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling medical kits to meet customer specifications and quality standards. This work plays an important role in delivering a high-quality product and maintaining customer trust.
Pay
Starting at $18.28 per hour.
Schedule
This casual position is designed for individuals who value flexibility and are interested in earning supplemental income when opportunities arise. Please note that there may be periods when work is readily available and other times when little or no work is available, and hours are not guaranteed each week. Scheduling is based on employee availability as well as business and customer demand. At this time, available work is expected to be Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, with flexible scheduling that allows individuals to select the hours within that window that best fit their availability.
