About the role

The Operations Support Associate will provide on-site operational support at the assigned facility, ensuring efficient customer service and vehicle readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Aid customers with the rental process, including check-in, vehicle assignment, and rental return.
  • Prepare rental vehicles for drivers, including fueling, cleaning, installing telematics and license plates, and conducting vehicle inspections.
  • Manage and organize vehicle compliance documents.
  • Organize the vehicle lot and coordinate vehicle transportation.
  • Complete daily rental operations tasks.
  • Report vehicle issues, program challenges, and bugs to the designated point of contact.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in an in-person customer service role (e.g., retail, technical support, hospitality).
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license; satisfactory driving record; and insurable under the company’s policy.
  • Familiarity with the local market area.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve problems effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain patience, de-escalate situations, and work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Ability to handle prolonged standing and walking.

Pay

Compensation: 19.00 USD Per Hour

Schedule

This is a full-time, 4-month contract position (with the possibility of extension) staffed via HireArt. This role is onsite and available to candidates local to the Phoenix, AZ area.
