About the role
The incumbent provides analytical and technical clerical services in support of the day-to-day operations of the section under the supervision of the Administrator I over Unit 3 in Executive and Advocate Services (EAS).
Responsibilities
- Uses program knowledge to provide support ensuring the section responds to and resolves incoming contacts timely.
- Works independently or in a team environment, demonstrating good organization and time management skills.
- Performs multiple competing tasks.

- Experience with inventory tracking, supply coordination, or maintaining office materials.
