About the role
As the Operations Support Administrator, you will support various technical and administrative functions in the Anchorage office of Brice Environmental Services Corporation.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Anchorage office.
- Schedule conference rooms and assist in setting up meetings.
- Order and stock office supplies and kitchen supplies.
- Order office lunches and supplies for new employees.
- Handle copier issues and monthly meter readings.
- Open and close kitchens and conference rooms daily.
- Manage the recycling of office boxes.
- Report on office maintenance and security issues.
- Ensure proper administration of the travel and expense policy.
- Prepare and reconcile employee expense reports.
- Complete credit card reconciliations.
- Identify and track expense report receipts.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, take messages, and coordinate visitors.
- Manage USPS, FedEx, and UPS shipments.
- Coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs with couriers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Three to five years’ experience working in a professional office environment.
- Two to five years’ experience working with accounting functions.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and especially Excel.
- A valid state driver’s license and qualification to operate a vehicle under Brice Engineering’s Driving Policy.
- The ability to pass a drug, driving, and background screening.
Qualifications
- A Degree in Business or Accounting is preferred.
