Operations Supervisor - Saks, Beverly Hills

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate processing of shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory.
• Maintain an orderly stock and receiving area, and oversee general store maintenance.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts, and ensure compliance with Company policies.
• Train, coach, and manage associates in various operations tasks.
• Monitor and maintain accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor processes.
• Oversee security and compliance with safety codes and ordinances.
• Produce and maintain operational reports and records.
• Assist with payroll management and associate scheduling.
• Solve problems affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail stock associate experience, with an operations background.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise.
• Willingness to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to travel, as needed.
