Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or supervisory roles within retail or warehouse environments.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and dispatching software.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience with PKMS or similar inventory management platforms.
- Previous experience in retail trade industry operations.
- Advanced training in safety management and emergency response.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage and lead a team of employees, including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee dispatching activities to optimize delivery routes and schedules, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and PKMS to monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and maintain accurate records.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
- Develop and execute emergency response plans to address operational disruptions or incidents promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
- Monitor employee performance metrics and provide coaching to enhance productivity and engagement.
