Operations Supervisor Night

About the role

The Operations Supervisor at Lowe's will lead and maintain a secure work environment, build a culture of safety, and ensure efficient supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard the workplace and promote a culture of safety
• Monitor and allocate tasks for optimal workflow and performance
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct training, and address safety concerns promptly
• Respond to changing workflow conditions and make real-time decisions to minimize disruptions
• Communicate business objectives, workload plans, and performance expectations to associates
• Support and guide associates through associate relations issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain performance

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in distribution center/warehouse operations or related areas OR a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, transportation, industrial engineering, business, or a related field
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds without assistance
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proven compliance with safety requirements

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with direct report responsibility
• Experience mentoring and coaching others
• Experience monitoring the work of others to ensure quality
• Experience working with and communicating to leadership
• Experience in leadership roles within Lowe's supply chain facilities or corporate-led initiatives
• Experience with software applications such as Microsoft Office and/or a Warehouse Management System
• Bilingual skills, if applicable to the facility

Pay

The starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. The pay range for this role is $61,600.00 - $102,900.00 annually.

Schedule

Available to work a set schedule that may be changed by management based on the facility's needs. May be asked to work mornings, afternoons, nights, and/or weekends based on the facility's needs.
