Operations Supervisor, Jackpocket

About the role

The Crown Is Yours As an Operations Supervisor, you'll lead a team at the heart of our innovative lottery courier product, Jackpocket. You'll oversee daily lottery courier operations, ensuring smooth and timely ticket order processing to hit production goals. You'll shape key decisions on personnel management, process development, and operational improvements to maintain excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fulfillment center team, managing lottery operations resources and tasks to hit production targets while responding to changing business demands.
• Serve as the Manager-on-Duty in our fulfillment center and manage shift scheduling, attendance, and employee breaks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, including internet outages, power failures, and staffing shortages.
• Accurately and promptly handle the redemption of high-value lottery tickets.
• Manage inventory and ensure office supplies and equipment are ordered as needed.

Requirements

• Availability to support a continuous operation including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A commitment to promoting safety, efficiency, and adherence to industry regulations.
• Ability to promote a positive work environment through strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, with a knack for technology and familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel.
• Self-starter mentality and sharp attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and tackle tasks independently.
• Leadership experience in recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating employees.
• Physical capability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

Benefits

The US hourly rate for this part-time position is 23.08 USD - 30.00 USD, plus benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Pay

The US hourly rate for this part-time position is 23.08 USD - 30.00 USD, plus benefits as applicable.

This is a part-time position with availability to support a continuous operation including nights, weekends, and holidays.
