Responsibilities

• Oversee our Vehicle Processing Center, ensuring efficiency and safety in all operations.
• Drive process enhancements that lead to operational excellence (Continuous Improvement).
• Meet and exceed performance targets while fostering a culture of safety and cost-effectiveness (Performance Management).
• Lead and manage a team of skilled hourly workers to deliver quality, efficient, and profitable operations, driving synergies and operational efficiencies across all operations (Mentoring a Team).
• Create and manage healthy, effective relationships with key stakeholders and original equipment manufacturers (Partnerships).

Requirements

• 3‑5 years of first‑line supervisory experience with a strong focus on employee relations.
• Familiarity with SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management.
• Experience in assembly line operations, emphasizing automotive or mechanical applications.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and database navigation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
• Physical ability to work in confined spaces and adverse weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, etc.), lift/carry/hold up to 30 lbs, walk or stand for long periods, and occasionally bend, stoop, or climb steep ladders.
