Operations Supervisor (Evenings)

About the role

Responsibilities

• Weekly Quality Control to various customer sites via electronic inspections
• Work with team to resolve quality issues and follow up
• Recommend additional floor work
• Delivery of supplies & equipment to various locations
• Maintain adequate levels of supplies and product
• Organize warehouse
• Communicate any issues via nightly electronic reports
• Ability to inspect equipment and provide on-site repair if needed

Requirements

• Be able to instruct & train employees utilizing our processes and cleaning techniques
• Practice transparency, and have owner’s mindset
• Previous leadership experience of teams of 5-25 people
• Handle motivation of employees in a diplomatic manner
• Be able to fill in for absent employees as needed
• Be able to lift supplies or equipment in excess of 50lbs
• Bilingual a must
• Have supervisory cleaning experience of minimum of 1 year
• Be able to kneel, bend, squat
