Operations Supervisor

About the role

Wisconsin Public Service Corp, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an Operations Supervisor in their Coleman, WI location.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervisory tasks in Electric Operations related to construction, design, planning, and scheduling for WPS electric transmission and distribution systems
• Collaborate with the contracted companies in order to achieve the best results for projects throughout their assigned area
• Plan, coordinate and conduct safety meetings to communicate Safety Requirements, Updates And Training Required
• Manage Work assignments to minimize overtime and costs while maintaining optimal customer service
• Motivate and engage employees to increase productivity and efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervising construction, design, planning, and scheduling for electric transmission and distribution systems
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and engage employees
• Experience managing safety requirements and conducting safety meetings
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
