Responsibilities
- Assign and supervise work crews operating solid waste collection equipment.
- Monitor progress of daily operations, reassign employees, and make staffing changes as necessary.
- Help develop, track, and execute safety goals.
- Conduct field inspections and audits of all site personnel to ensure proper work procedures.
- Receive and review customer complaints regarding collection programs.
- Oversee a variety of complex compliance programs including environmental, OSHA, and local permitting.
Requirements
- Willing and able to obtain Class A or B CDL.
- Must be able to relocate for promotional opportunities based on performance.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly.

Schedule
5:30 am start time, averaging approximately 10–11 hours per day, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.
