Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Operations Supervisor oversees daily plasma donor center activities, supervising staff, managing donor flow, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. They act as shift leader in the absence of the Center Manager, coordinate staffing, monitor inventory, and support achievement of operational targets related to donor throughput and quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough documentation
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the center
• Participate in staff training and cross-training
• Supervise staff and manage donor flow
• Coordinate staffing and monitor inventory
• Support operational targets for donor throughput and quality

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Certifications in phlebotomy, donor processing, and CPR
• At least 6 years of related experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work in a highly regulated environment
• Experience handling biological fluids and operating equipment safely
