Operations Supervisor
Role Overview
Vacheron Constantin is seeking a Boutique Operations Supervisor for its Las Vegas team. This position involves supporting the overall operations of the boutique, working closely with the sales team.
Responsibilities
Partner with management to support overall operations of the boutique, as needed
Monitor daily financial aspects of boutique sales: ensure daily transactions and proper paperwork are submitted to Corporate Offices on time and with accuracy
Daily set up and break down of boutique for opening/closing as needed
Oversee inventory control process to prevent stock losses and ensure integrity and quality of stock
Manage all functions of Operations in line with the Maison’s Policy and Procedures
Manage boutique operations in accordance with Brand and group compliance policies
Ensure effective and flawless compliance audit and present an action plan follow up post audit
Maintain strong partnership with Richemont local Finance, Audit & Security teams, while maintaining all guidelines and expectations
Aid with special projects, as needed
Qualifications
Education: College degree preferred
Required Experience: 2+ years previous experience in operations, within watches or high-value luxury products
Technical Skills / Abilities: Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities; Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus
Personal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Organized, curious, enthusiast and solution driven; Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision; Self-starter with team-player approach
Benefits
Salary: $30 to $33 per hour
